Building openssl libraries under CygWin.

I have been trying to build OpenSsl under Cygwin. The INSTALL.32 file gives alludes to the posibility, but gives only instructions for doing it under Mingw32. Has anybody done this. Can you offer me pointers. Thanks, -jon __
