[Openstack] centos6.2+essex+kvm+virtio+flatdhcp+windows2003 blue screen and netcard break

hello,folks: when i use centos6.2+essex+kvm（0.12）+virtio+flatdhcp+windows2003,the guest os break frequent, like this: is there anyone know why?  thanks ：）
