The installer also fixes a security vulnerability in the service installation code: <https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/UnquotedServicePathIn24WindowsInstallers> Systems where the C:\ drive is writable by limited users and which have OpenVPN 2.4 installed are affected.
