Humm ... I did update the allmerged branch at the end of October ... so this is odd. That's probably a lot easier for both of us :) In general, patches needs to go to the mailing list or to a Trac ticket with a notification to the mailing list ... but I might have overseen something ... In general, I'm terribly sorry I haven't had time to follow up on the patch queue lately. But if all goes as I hope/plan, I'm going to spend some time this week and weekend going through patches.
