Maybe try a different texture of paper.I am not familiar with version 3, but other rhombic dodecahedrons I have made rely on friction to keep it together.   Try using a thicker paper or paper with more texture (less slippery)Regards, Diana

Folding this modular using quarter rectangles of A4 paper per the instructions on page 94-45 of Fuse's The Complete Book of Origami Polyhedra. I have been unsuccessful getting this model to hold together without the use of a glue stick. Suggestions? Thanks in advance. Louise in NorCal
