I do not have the book you mentioned, but I do have her earlier book, Unit
Polyhedron Origami.
I find that there are several models in that book that need the use of glue for
them to stay together.

Folding this modular using quarter rectangles of A4 paper per the
instructions on page 94-45 of Fuse's The Complete Book of Origami
Polyhedra.
I have been unsuccessful getting this model to hold together without the
use of a glue stick.
Suggestions?
