The 'Debug_Installed' target is needed to build. Also, prebuilt dependency DLLs can be downloaded from... http://downloads.sourceforge.net/otlkcon/dev-build-binaries-20070715-01.zip Currently there's an issue getting the .Net COM DLLs working with the message store. So if anyone has experience with .Net/COM interop and can get pass this, that would be a big help. After we get that and a few other 'blocking' issue, we'll be ready for a beta release.
