All, We did our best with the configuration gui. It will now display if the Outlook profile is loaded properly. There are two property pages with relevant controls. This is probably not the final layout for these two pages, but this layout matches what we understood them to be. (One probably simple problem persists; the second of the property page will not show without clicking and dragging the window's title bar.)
We also defined a gui_config information struct that can be initalized, loaded from an external information source and be used to interface with the contents of the property sheets. The idea was that any changes users made to the configuration could be written back to this struct and eventually written back to the external information source from which they came. This seems to be a decent way of abstracting the interface with external information source and seems to make it easy to add additonal configuration parameters. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the gui to load information from the struct. We're not sure if involved how we were allocating or intializing memory or our means of processing messages from the dialog box. This will need further investigation. Perhaps, a discussion can start about how many GUIs are actually needed and what they should configure. As our gui work taught us, this discussion should revolve around what exactly is needed and what is possible from the context any of the GUIs are called. We'll send the latest code to Kervin. Its good to see some progress being made on this and other project fronts. Thanks, Ron On 1/20/06, Ron Alleyne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Kervin, > > > On 1/20/06, Kervin L.
