using LDAP backend.
Now I’d like to obtain extra info from LDAP apart from just names (things like

work...
Have you tried to search for customers in the agent interface (customers tab)?
does it work and show correct customer information?

Decisión Result is a FreeText Field (# 16) so you can add as many as you want
and remove them also, what you shouldn't do is to change the name of the field,
but it can be traslated.

Our OTRS server is having problems serving the body of an article. The size of
the body is little more than 2.5 MB. There is an Apache thread at 100%CPU but
MySQL:'show processlist' lists all entries in Sleep state.
