These is a memo for a freshed installed NSLU2:
/sbin/unsling disk2
reboot
ipkg update
ipkg install unslung-feeds
wget http://home.mag.cx/nslu2/packages/owfs-feed.conf
cp owfs-feed.conf /etc/ipkg/
ipkg update
ipkg install openssh
reboot
ipkg install owfs
run-owfs
ls -l /tmp/1wire

hey guys I am having a few problems (user error i know ) I can get a
DS2408 to toggle on or off a led or a relay. but i cant seem to get
it to sense weather the door is open or closed. using magnetic switches
on the doors to a relay because the door magnets work backward. break

The DS2490, on which the DS9490R is built is only a USB 1.1 device. I suspect
you will not get better performance with 2.0.

Well the released version of OWFS built correctly. However, Paul, I
wasn't surprised when it did succeed. However it built with the
OWFSPHP application not built as a default. Is this this normal? And
how successful are the members of the group who are using OWFSPHP with
the PHP scripts?
