The man page for the DS2438 http://owfs.org/index.php?page=ds2438 has a
problem with the man-html conversion. For some reason the Ienable 0-3 is
rendered as 1-4.
Basically the IAD is bit 0 and CA is bit 1 (from the data sheet).
I know this only partly answers your question.

Any news on this? My best reading of the output was that owfs didn't
actually initiate the programming pulse.
