It's there. Needed to add dev packages for TCL and Python, plus Python
itself. Errors gone now.

Gotta copy your /usr/bin/libtool into your owfs dir

I use the defaults and get the errors so I need to disable OWNET to
complete the make. Ubuntu 8.10 kernel 2.6.27-9. I don't remember having
this problem in Ubunt 7.10. If you like I can send the output from
configure and make.
