the problem is (partially) solved:
I have reinstalled the newest freifunk-firmware from
http://download.berlin.freifunk.net/ipkg/_g+gl/
(openwrt-g-freifunk-1.6.22-de.bin). In the next step i am installing again owfs
from http://home.mag.cx/openwrt/0.9/packages/ . When i use my first serial
