I have a legacy VB6 app with multiple DLL projects
In preparation for dot net conversion I decided to move many classes out of
the .exe project and into a new DLL project,
Now I am finding that it takes several minutes to compile the solution.
Task manager shows that one core is working

The website is predominantly HTML. There are interactive elements in Flash,
Silverlight (for videos in our Freezone http://freezone.iinet.net.au) , and
jQuery. Backend queries are also done
I don't recall having explicitly this issue, but I do do my production
builds from the command line. (More because of past issues than
anything I know to be current issues.)
