RE: Javascript in 2017

Tom,

Books may not be a good idea in the JS space these days. The space is moving
very quickly – and things will be out of date before they are published. You
may want to look a little more into the online space, but I think that even
looking at blogs, etc fall out of date pretty quickly.

I don’t have any good examples, but companies like Pluralsight, Coursera might
be worth looking at.

Subject: Javascript in 2017

Hi Folks,

Many of the Javascript books I have been recommended seem to be out of date
with the ES6 (ES2015) changes according to the many reviews online. Can anyone
recommend a newer book to learn from so I don't waste my time with deprecated
stuff?

Thanks

Tom
