Send To vs Upload

Hi all, We have the need to all users to Send To a Document Centre library but not directly Upload to it. So far as the library is concerned are these two events differentiated in any way? If not, is the only solution to hijack the Send To page and run with elevated permissions? Cheers,

Technet is suggesting it now... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263187.aspx Latin1_General_CI_AS_KS_WS when the default in sql 2008 is Latin1_General_CI_AS. Haven't had an issue with Latin1_General_CI_AS until sp2 as the database collation can be different from the server
