Does the zip file contain a .project file (or something like that)? If so, you only have to Open Project and choose that file. Normally, this error is due to some missing information in the CLASSPATH variable. Also check it in Properties/Runtime or someting similar. Anh. Kristie Kosaka

hmm.. i am just a passerby and have no idea if this helps ..but i noticed that the download rate i get using TCP on an IRC chat client are usually faster than either ftp or http transfers that i get on an browser. no idea why that should be .. But using a java applet aint all that bad an idea ---
