I don't know if this helps, but I saw something in the manual that may
be relevant. Check out the PacketFence v1.9.0 Administration Manual page
56. There is a config/load issue related to wireless and MySQL.

Greetings.

 

After much testing and playing and tons of work from Inverse we are
moving our residential and wireless networks over to PacketFence.

 

Today I did encounter a "glitch" that was resolved by restarting the PF
services.  The problem manifested as "Too many database connections".
Users were unable to register and the admin WebGUI was unusable.

 

Has anyone else encountered this?  Does anyone have any thoughts on
avoiding this as we prepare for the back to school rush?
