You've got a corrupted VDB (and in a fairly weird way, from the looks
of it). This isn't a cache, so it's not something that can be fixed.
Remove /var/db/pkg/app-emulation/vmware-modules-264.1 and immediately
reinstall the package with the same options. Then find out whether
you've got a hardware or a kernel problem.
