I developed vtkAMRDualGridHelper and the AMR filters that use it
specifically for CTH and FLASH files. They be not process point data yet.
If my plans work out, I will extend the filters to be more general later
this year.

I have my own reader for AMR data which produces only PointData, no CellData.
When doing Contour (with a recent CVS version), I get errors like this, and
then a crash:
