Hi there
If you have it on an mp3 cd, presumably the files are in mp3 and therefore should play
in Winamp. Have you got Realplayer as your default player which is why it comes up
when you insert the cd?

that is, to convert on the fly as it's recording from .wav to .mp3,
which means you'd have to record the file in real time with total

sound forge may do this
The Sennheiser headphones are nice. I like the Advents, they're much

will only play with Real player, thank you.

I'm looking for some kind of compare utility that will compare my ripped
.WAV file to the actual audio track on a CD. I can compare files when I
burn data on to a CD to insure that they match up, but I'd like to be able
to do the same thing when creating audio CD's. Is there such a beast out
how can I look at the entire name of an mp3 in a list of mp3's? My sighted friends
use the mouse to maximize the column but I can't get that to work.

Hello
Shift L marks the beginning or puts a marker as part of the file and Shift R
places an other marker at the end of the file.

it's pretty straight forward, if there's dead air at the beginning you set
your beginning marker. under edit, then selections, you'll see what your
options are as far as making sure that you do a clean edit. by moving in
small increments.
once your ready to get rid of your dead air, control
