About the problem that you cannot access the menu by pressing alt, right, and in pc cursor mode, I experienced that problem too. All I did is I changed the cursor to JAWS cursor and single left clicked any item in the menu. For example, file, edit, view and so on. Then back your cursor to PC mode

No no no...I didn't change anything in JFW. My thought was possibly some changes that were made in Media Player could have caused JAWS to react so crazy. Maybe that is a stupid thought, but I did some guessing when choosing the Media Player settings so was afraid I selected the wrong options.
