I don't know of a way to switch quickly between sound card and USB headset.
The only way I think this might be done is with a macro programme and I
don't know anything about them.

Yes it is found in volume control with advance settings checked.
Can you also tell me if you can control the effects through the Control
Panel window as well or do you have to install the Creative Software, in
the past I have not found this very accessible.

know that I am not experiencing the problem you were having with Window Eyes
and not being able to open the ADD link in the guide. With Window Eyes 5.5,

With both my Audigy and Audigy 2, the option to turn on digital output is
indeed present in the standard volume app. As I recall, there is an
advanced button that will give you the dialog box you are looking for. I
don't have either of those cards installed now, so can't check first

The first Audigy card was not recognized natively by Windows, but the Audigy
