Which High Quality portable recorder should I get?

Hi. I'm wanting to be able to make high quality recordings for broadcast and the web. I believe the way forward these days is to get a solid state recording device, is that right? I'm assuming we're talking about recorders that enable you to record onto a Flash card. Or something like that.

Hi Larry. You may already know, but if you're buying a new DVD drive, or a CD drive for that matter, it's highly likely that you'll at least need to update your nero software. Updates are different to upgrades in that they are free and generally just provide bug fixes, support for new drives

Hello Terra, Their is a peace of software that's call, DBpoweramp. It can convert one file to another. It converts from mp3 to wma wave and arg, you can even convert these back to mp3. Do a Google or Yahoo surch for it, you will find it threw one of these surches. My best regards to you all!
