It wil work best if you happen to have an external synthesizer. If your sound card has wht you hear or stereo mix you can record what ever comes through the soundcard. this will mean having to turn off system sounds and being sure your speech program is either turned off or muted. -

Thanks for your reply. Actually and I forgot to mentioned that I have two sound card. My built in sound card is SoundMAX Digital Audio and I have an external sound card which is Creative 24 Bit external sound card. My synthesizer comes through my built in sound card while all Windows Sound
