Hello Rob and list: If memory serves me, in WMP 11, F7 mutes and unmutes; F8 and F9 raises and lowers volume; right off the top of my head, don't remember which one raises volume and which one lowers it! It seems like it used to be that you had better navigation of files in earlier versions

Hi, John. What version of WMP do you have on your PC? I use Version 11 and it burns CD's just fine, although I usually have to locate files using Windows Explorer, then launch WMP via the WE context menu. I have not tried ripping with WMP so you'll have to look to one of our learned colleagues
