This is the same behavior with the DTBM from NLS and the Booksense, i.e. once you adjust the playback speed, you hear mono instead of stereo. Just curious, but wouldn't this be off topic for this list? I'd suggest a better list, but I don't have a Victor Stream, and the generic MP3 player list I

Hi kulvinder, yes they are playing at the right speed. i have been speaking to humanware on the phone, and they say that they are aware that there is a bug in the latest version of the software. also, they said that it is the tone control that one has to reduce to zero if one wants to change
