Hello, there's UTorrent, which isn't even an installing program. You just
hit enter on the file name and it goes. It's very accessible. Using torrents
is not illegal, but the content you download can be both legal and illegal.

Utorrent is just the program to access torrents. It doesn't have search
capabilities. For using that program, you have to know where the torrents
are and use the search functions on the web sites that list the torrents.
