I just hit alt-1 and find the reigon which I wish to delete with the arrow
keys,and hit delete, no more than that.

Hello, now can anyone describe how to do the opposite. I've perhaps
forgotten to put in a track marker somewhere in a file, and I'd like to
update the list to reflect the new set of markers.

In my current project in Sound forge 7, I create regions for the material I
wish to record to CD. I can't figure out how to edit a region name or
delete a region. Can any Sound Forge user advise me how to edit region
names or delete regions?

well. When you're going through the file putting markers in, you can hit alt
shift m if you're using the Snowman's scripts to delete a marker. Sometimes
this doesn't work, so you'll have to undo that, but sometimes the undo
