Hi all
Im running into a strange problem within foobar 2000. Let me add that I
have been a user of this excellent program for the last few years now.
Im using Jaws 17 on a windows 7 system.
Whenever I now try to add a shortcut key, say for example in the playback
section, using say

For some reason, I cannot get my audigen explorer database programme to
recognise foobar 2000 as my chosen player. The option is there to play in
foobar, but when I enter on it windows media player opens.

If anyone can give me any information on how one might go about broadcasting
with Foobar 2000, that would be much appreciated. Foobar 2000 is an
alternative media player and is free. Thanks in advance for any help with

I haven't gotten around to trying this yet, but there is a plugin for Foobar
2000 and Winamp that claims to do this. It is called OddCast.
