I have used Imtoo's DVD Audio Ripper for years, and find it quite
accessible with Jaws. I don't know how well it may work with
Window-Eyes, though, but in my opinion, it's faster then DVD Audio
Extractor.

how do you get the buttons to work with jaws. i can't activate the help

Its open source and not only can it extract audio from DVD'S, it can
extract the video and compress it, you may want to do this to put your
DVD'S say onto a hard drive or Ipod for example.
