I am trying to convert .ram files to CD-quality .mp3 files. I tell Replay Converter what to convert it to and the process starts. Then I keep getting error messages that say that it could not convert the file. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Is there anything I need to do first? Thanks.

Do you have any more information? What's in the log file? It's in the directory where Replay converter is installed, which is probably something like C:\Program Files\Replay converter\ReplayConverter.log. BTW, I've always gotten prompt and helpful service from their customer support email
