Hello, it's pretty neat. First go to the preferences under the options menu, then to the editing tab, and set the scrub tool to fast, as you'll then get the maximum use out of it. Pressing K and L at the same time will play very slowly, while using the keys J and L separately will turn forwards and backwards through the file in various degrees. Thanks a lot. Matthew
