Hi List.
I've been looking around the web for help on how to install the LAME Encoder,
big mistake. My heads fare deived! IE I'm extremely confused!
Can someone please tell me where I place the unzipped LAME encoder in a Windows
7 64 bit machine?

I just downloaded the lame encoder to my desktop. I copied the file
into the following folder but MP3DirectCut says it does not find it:
C::\Program Files\MP3DirectCut\.
Please, someone nicely tell me what I am doing wrong, and then, tell
me how to install the Lame program
in order to create mp3 files. In
fact, they give you the url for the Lame encoder.

Neither Total Recorder nor GoldWave come with a codec to record mp3 files. I
do not recall why this is. But the docs for each program tell you that you
have to install an external codec in order to create mp3 files. In fact, they
give you the url for the Lame encoder.

remember whether it interacts with the .dll file or the .exe file.
