I'd check out the BARD Talk web site, and the devices page in particular.
It's at http://www.bardtalk.com/players.php.
It lists two companies selling the 2G blank cartridges, both for around $12.

It must vary based on the bookds you put on it. I have 4 db books, 2
magazines and a audio folder with 3 mp3 books.

Hello, I have just installed Power DVD 10 but it is saying it is not
optimised for my current screen resolution. What is the screen resolution it
should be at?

Hello Robert,
This is where I got my NLS cartridges and USB cable from.
The ladies' name, is Kathy.
She is very helpful and very pleasant to do business with.
So if you don't feel right about ordering your cartridges and USB via their
website, just call them and Kathy will serve you!
My best
you can fit about 18 books on the 2 gig cartridge and about 9 on the 1 gig
drive. all the cartridges are jus a flash drive with a shell that is made
for the NLS players.

it really depends on the size of the book, if they are smaller you can get
above 18 books on a two gig cartridge.

Hank,
Here's a mixer that seems to meet all your needs without
any extra features. It has a mic input and two line level
inputs that can be switched between regular line level
input or phono input. The price is just under seventy
dollars.

You may not want to spend this much, but Nad makes a really good high end phono
amp for about $125. I have one and it sounds warm with no hum. Take care.
