I would suggest that if you haven't bought the C Crane transmitter yet. consider the fm transmitter that radio shack sells first. it has in my mind better coverage around the house. there is no whip antenna to get broken, and you don't have to remove any plates and adjust any screws to make it

I think the transmitter might be a monster transmitter. it costs about $50.00. I believe there is a switch that allows you to tune the transmitter from 88.1 to 89.1 megahertz in 200 megahertz steps. at the top of the unit, there is a cord that has an eighth inch male plug that is plugged into

played around with the tunelab a little more. alt+d to produce audio tone. left and right arrows to change the note. page up and down to go up or down an octave. p to go to the properties menu and then 1 to change to teh fundimental being played as audio note. it can be used as a guitar tuner

Another tuner might be the String Master Robotic Tuner. I haven't tried this one yet, but there was some discussion on the MIDI-Mag site about it. You can go to http://www.actiontuners.com/ Supposedly this tuner will mount on the tuning key and use a motor mechanism to tune the string.
