Easy cD Da Extractor, issues with cue sheets
Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone out there using Easy CD DA Extractor has had problems with the conversion of Cue sheets paired with FLAC or Wave files, converting these to MP3, AAC+ etc. When I try to do this I get access errors, floating point errors and violation errors. It seems I'm not on my own, I know another user who is experiencing the same problems and both of us have filed bug reports together with screen shots of the activity surrounding these errors in the hope that the author can have as much information at his disposal to resolve the proglem, if anyone has seen this problem and you own the software I sincerely hope that you'll contact the author, if anyone needs further instructions on sending screen shots of the errors then email me privately. Apple IPOD Shuffle and Setting it up
Dear Lists! I have an Apple IPOD Shuffle and am trying to get it to set up or work. First of all, I attempted to recharge the unit by plugging the USB cable that it came with into the Vista Machine and let the unit charge in its cradle for up to four hours. The unit never seemed to charge properly, as the light remained yellow. However, the unit played when I copied some MP3 files onto the drive for it. As soon as I plug the ipod in to the usb, it plays in Windows Media Player. We cannot get it to play from the unit when it is unplugged from the computer. Now, the directions (quick start) say it s fully charged when light is green and fully sincted. My question is, do we have to install itunes on the unit or some other media player (Real Player or Windows Media Player) to get it to play. Give me step-by-step directions to setting up the unit if necessary. The national broadcaster in South Africa has recently added to its live streaming with Radio 2000. This station carries a range of programming including live sport. It seems likely then, that South African home international cricket will now be available online. All SABC streams can be reached from http://www.sabc.co.za and following the radio link. The first test of the South Africa vs. West Indies cricket series, commences boxing day, December 26. Play begins at 10:30 South African time. This is 7:30 pm in Eastern Australia which is 8:30 GMT. You can find a link under the Special Events heading on my page given below. Listeners in Australia can link to the ABC radio coverage of Australia vs. India from my page. From outside Australia, I understand that the best way to reach the ABC radio coverage is from http://www.cricket.com.au/tv. Start time is 10:30 here, which is 23:30 late Tuesday, GMT., The New Zealand vs. Bangladesh ODI series starts also on Boxing day and can be accessed from NZ Radio Sport, also on my page. Start time is mid day in NZ, 10:00 am in Eastern Australia or 23:00 Tuesday, GMT. My page is at http://members.com.au/stephenjolley/livestreams. Do have a fantastic Christmas, showered with great listening. Stephen Jolley Melbourne Australia Too much cricket is barely enough.
