It is true I have a choice and, as such, will move on, as this company is
not interested in doing things to benefit me. It is unfortunate, as it is a

We figured out the problem with the MP3 device not showing up. There is a
setting for the Synct of the device. It was set for auto detect and, when we
put it on manual synct, it recognized the player and it showed up in the list.
