All sound and speech lost

Hi all,

I am writing to you on a second computer because I somehow muted all 
Windows sounds including my Win-Eyes and NVDA speech on my studio 
machine.  That machine is fairly new and is an I3 Win 7 with 8gb of ram 
and lots of empty hard drive space.  Any ideas how I can get my speech 
and sounds back?


Please, please help if you can.

 Get someone sighted, and see if on the Notification Tray, click in the 
Volume area, and go to Unmute?
