It was a apt pkg problem.
I find a solution there :

sudo apt-get clean
then sudo apt-get -f install
Then run: sudo dpkg --configure -a
Then run this again: sudo apt-get -f install
for more

I've just installed archlinux through Manjaro and tried pdx aur package.
pacman -U pd-extended.tar.gz command line outputs errors like this:
error: missing package metadata in pd-extended.tar.gz
What can I do to solve this?

Which one ? pdx gives nothing :).

I have been setting up my libpd project exactly as described in the Making
Musical Apps book, but keep getting an error that z_queued.h can't be
found...does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

It has prebuilt packages even for pd-l2ork!

Great! Do you even need to compile pd-l2ork? Why not simply installing the deb
provided on L2Ork’s website? My understanding is Mint has the same if not newer
version of dev tools found in Ubuntu, so you should be able just to run that
package.

I would want to start my patch without pd window... or hidded or
minimized. I can't do it by wmctrl, because it can't minimize
windows... it just can send to back (below).
If there any startup option or any command to hide/minimize that window?
I know -nogui option, but it is not
