The Pd-extended installer will install that file for you. So unless you
want to reset settings that you have edited yourself, or there was some
error in the install, I think it should work fine without running the .reg
file.

(having live's metronome in charge). midi ox/ midi yoke is extremely
glitchy, it constantly sends signals that turn things on and off within
