i'll have a look at it whenever i have time.
in fact i really enjoy working without scorllbar, as it saves some space
on the display and looks cool (complitely minimal)
and easy way of changing pd.tk bihaviour could be sourcing a ~/.pdtkrc
so it sets some basic variables.

there's extra options at the beginng of the file which can be very useful:
try line 12 for instance and change it to
set sx_main_window_minimal 1
00 set sx_patch_window_scrollbars 0
01 set sx_patch_window_menu 1
02 set
