I have been wanting to explore vbap in pde and I have found what may be
causing some of the trouble with it not working properly. There is a
duplicate set of vbap files in the 'ggee' folder which have been causing all
sorts of weirdness.

Yup, its a big annoyance. That's once of the problems of having
libraries loaded by default. For this particular issue, you can get the
right vbap by doing [vbap/vbap]. The ggee vbap has been removed for the
next release.
