The difference between a 50mm and 100mm is not the DOF, assuming your object has the
same size on your film or sensor.
The difference is a bigger working distance for the 100mm, and a smaller angle of
view, which gives you more change to get a less distracting background.

2.) 105 uses 67mm instead of 58mm filters.

LOL. The problem with the PS cams is they take forever to AF.
Tracie has a Kodak DX6490 (I believe you were there when she made the
sales pitch. She won.) It will pre-focus with a shutter half-depress.
You can also manually focus although that's more of a zone focus. Or

satisfied with it. I've gotten very good 8X 10s from it. Not sure its
available now, I believe its been replaced by the Optio S4 (4 megs). It is

problem. Part of the issue is that digital in some ways appears to not have
the exposure range that film has. The digicams should be the same, but I
haven't noted it very much in mine either. At any rate there is a hidden

My next idea is that no more than 9,999 were made of any of the three
lenses. They did call it

1. Any Pentax 50mm is good. If youwant 'portrait', add a Pentax or
other good brand 1.4 telextender.
2. The M-100/2.8 is not all that common, but also not all that
expensive. It might be a better length than the 135mm for portraits.
3. But 135/3.5 will give
