Well this is something i think is decent enough for a nice logo for a hat.
thanks to your hard work, i got one yesterday (together with *istdl) --
i like it quite a bit -- it seems to cover ~ 180deg at 10mm and it's
still seriously wide (when defished) even at the long limit.

That's the reason why I never have (and probably never will) owned a

Why order fish in the first place, when you will convert it to meat later?
Feels like a broken record here ;-)

Yer welcome.
No taboo as far as I'm concerned.
I like the colouring - perhaps slightly underexposed but that could be
my monitor. However, I would have liked it more if the face was
visible (probably, like a typical cat, it turned away just as you
pressed the shutter)

Yes - really nice but I'm a bit of a sucker for tree images.
I like the under exposed effect - just adds to the mood of the image.

Unfortunately, unlike you guys I do not have money. So I have to make do
with what I can get. So I now have an old Toshiba e755 that already is
proving itself useful (I did do a full reset yesterday that seems to
have cleared up some of the problems). I can even look at photos from my

And as an aside for those who do not know: [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not a PDML event.
It is just something a lot of PDML'ers (and 170+ other folks) are
involved in.

Congratulations. Enjoy. I think this was a good move. The differences
between the S and the S2 are really a matter of splitting hairs, and
either will serve as a very nice backup to the D2 that may well be down
the road. Real World Camera Raw is an absolute joy. You're going to

AAC and Apple lossless encoding allow for higher quality than MP3
while consuming less space. I burn an audio CD for archiving, then
rip it back into MP3 when I need music for things that don't
understand the better formats. It's a pain, but I'd rather buy the

I think it's a lovely shot, Ralf. I really like how you managed to
