John, I've not compared the K 200/4 to the M 200/4 despite owning the K. However a couple of years back I tested M 200/4, A 200/4, A 70-210/4 and FA 80-320 (at 200mm)against each other on film, the M 200/4 appeared sharpest with best definition followed by a close call between A 70-210/4
