Hi Pentaxians,
I was in upstate New York this weekend, at the Eddie Adams workshop.
It was an amazingly intense four days, sleeping 3-4 hours per night,
listening to some great talks, and shooting in some cases amazing work
(I'm a bit disappointed with my own work from the weekend though.)
True, that would be rather limiting to DoF.

Thanks, Adam. I don't know how much difference it
would make. Hand-holding with ISO 100 film on a dim
day didn't leave me a lot of aperture latitude,
though.

Maybe they think they've solved the problem with TTL flash and the next
High spec. body will include it. I know I've observed problems with
P-TTL, usually subjects flinching or closing their eyes. Not many but a few.

Remember that the 540 and 360 both predate the K10D, the first high-end body to
lack plain digital TTL support.

Ann, I'd definitely go with the original photos. In my opinion
posterization is used mostly to save uninteresting and or poorly exposed
photographs. In this case you don't have either problem. I also think it
works better on color images with subjects that require little detail to
start with.
Appreciate the opinion.

I mentioned my intention to post these two Bodie shots in BW.

Godfry, IMHO, this print needs to be in context with a body of work. As it
stands it just doesn't work for me.
