Continous AF, camera handheld (with SR enabled). For sure, not every
frame comes out THAT sharp. I would say - 2 of 5 are superb, 2 are OK
and 1 is average. Often it is for photographer hard to decide where to
focus - it feels like there should be a focus bracketing function for
long

Hi,
My graphics card (Asus 8600GTS)
A pro friend of mine has a D700 on order. He's shooting with a D3 now but wants
the D700 as backup. He was shooting Canon until recently. Sold all his Canon
stuff. Has the full set of the Zeiss primes for his Nikon and a Brightscreen
for focus. A nice kit.

I don't think Sony will ever be more than a tier two player in the photo world.
Brand is important in every marketing arena, and they don't have the brand. In
truth, Pentax has more brand equity. Samsung, by the way, has none.

Wouldn't a couple of you people like to be photo dealers and have Paul in your

We started out Saturday morning by a boat trip around the island. I'm
still working on the images from that session. Here's one razorbill
portrait made with the K20D and the DA* 300/4.
It is cropped to about 50% and then rezised
Most definitely a trainee penguin.

Mike,
you are absolutely right, it's Lanius collurio.
Really like the composition, slope and pose. Almost need full sun or extended
flash to pick up the eye, Huh? I do get just a hint, however.
Like it, Jostein!

Sony already has brand equity in the pro market as they're the
dominant player in lower-end pro video and there's some serious
crossover. They also have the only Zeiss AF lenses on the market and
they've been clear that any new pro lens from Sony will be a Zeiss
lens and only the older or low-end
I haven't actually handled the camera, but I'm sure that wouldn't be an
obstacle to a glowing review, it certainly isn't one for Kenny...
