The longest DA prime is the 300/4, works OK with the 1.4 Tamron TC but hunts
quite a lot, tripod mounting helps. This combination was far better than the
new Sigma 120-400 I tried in terms of IQ but others may have different views,
maybe I had a bad sample. The old Sigma APO TELE MACRO 400/5.6

I crop too much off the left, crop too much off top and bottom as well.
I am doing minimal editing traveling around with a laptop, but it could
