I've been running OS X Mavericks for two months or more as my main system at
the office. I've had no problems with LR or any of the other apps I use. The
only app I needed to reinstall was DropBox, and it is now running perfectly.

Btw: I'm not really an early adopter. I am part of the documentation and
testing team for OS X and Xcode development tools. It is required that I
install and use it to shake out bugs, and to learn it for documentation
purposes.
