I really don't get the change to do much more than skim through post
these days and rarer still post any pics however I was in the middle
of a big edit and I spied a quick grab shot I made the other night
during a job. The scene just caught my eye so I caught it with the
camera.
Buy yourself a nice new lens and give the cardboard box to the cat. You'll
both be cheered up :)
FWIW our goldfish didn't care much for a laser pointer either.

The high ISO is better on the K-5 IIs IMO. Jpegs out of the camera are

When you use a wireless remote the camera turns off the anti shake
system automatically. That's not a bad thing, after all at that point
the camera is probably on a tripod, or at least a flat surface. What is
stupid is that the camera stops reporting the input focal length in the
EXIF data.
